Role Summary:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This includes creating sales reports, managing customer databases, coordinating sales activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
What you will be doing:

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support as required.

Manage customer databases and ensure that all sales orders & records are accurate and up-to-date.

Create and distribute sales reports to the sales team, management, and other stakeholders as required.

Coordinate sales activities such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining sales records.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly.

Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents, contracts, and other related materials.

Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.

Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the sales team is well-informed and equipped to meet the needs of clients.
What we're looking for:

Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in a sales administration or support role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
