Area Operations Manager

Job Summary

As an Area Manager, you will manage/oversee the entire area operations and the operating teams in different locations such as; October, Zayed, Downtown and Maadi. The main responsibilities falls within ensuring the department runs as seamlessly as possible whilst maintaining financial targets, customer experience, process, & quality control.

 

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing teams of branch leads/managers at each location.

• Ensuring that each location meets operational goals and targets.

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

• Work closely with the area salesperson and articulate locations needs.

• Support team in achieving their targets and work to achieve area financial target.

• Conducting regular performance evaluations of branch managers and other employees.

• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

• Identifying and addressing operational issues and implementing solutions.

• Monitoring financial performance and preparing reports for senior management.

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Overall, Area Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that multiple locations or branches within a company are running smoothly and efficiently, while also driving growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field.

• Not less than 3 - 5 years of experience in Operations. Ideally in Coworking Spaces, Facilities and/or Retail.

• Financial Literacy and Sales background.

• Excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communications.

• Strong organization and multitask tasks from start to finish.

• Understanding of the entrepreneurial community.
