MQR - West Area

Role Summary:

You will be part of the Operations team, who works together to improve the working environment and business processes of MQR. The main aim is developing operational capacities, strengthening customer’s relationships and ensuring consistent growth in revenue.


What you will be doing:

Operations Management

  • Responsible for MQR venue - (assets, maintenance, logistics, canteen suppliers, inventory. infrastructure, etc.) In addition to building and maintaining the relationship with the branch main stakeholders (neighbors, security and landlord, etc.) to secure smooth continued daily operations.

  • Accurate recording – (In charge of revising the documented daily bookings, shifts payments ‘revenues & costs’).

  • Supervise the space assets quality, cleanness and report any issue to be worked out immediately.

Sales Management

  • Work to achieve branch financial targets and plan Sales strategies ahead.

  • Study and analyze branch Sales performance and apply improvements if needed.

  • Work alongside Sales Lead to provide support in generating leads.

Customers Satisfaction

  • Handle customer’s needs, requests & complains to maintain the highest satisfaction rates.

  • Build and maintain good relations with work stakeholders.

  • Provide and secure smooth running of the supporting functions services based on the customer’s needs

Resources Management

  • Monitor and evaluate the Operations team to provide prompt guidance and supervision in order to help achieving branch’s goals, as well as, securing team member’s continuous development.

  • Work alongside the supporting functions "Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and People" to fulfill Operation needs.

What we're looking for:

  • Not less than 2 years of experience in Operations and Sales.

  • Strong in communication and able to handle different mindsets.

  • Factors to succeed in Operations; you need to be detail oriented, and hold knowledge/practice on Crisis Management.

  • Being people oriented will help you win team & customers.

  • Not less than 2 years of experience in Operations and Sales.

  • Background on Finance to help you in reading and analyzing branch financial performance.

  • Microsoft office/Google Knowledge.

  • Extras - Familiar with Startups environment and its requirements.
