Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outbound Events Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing meetups in addition to attracting clients to use the facilities for their events. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop event strategies, coordinate logistics, and ensure successful event execution. The ideal
candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative professional with a passion for event management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
What you will be doing:

Develop and implement outbound event strategies aligned with the company's marketing and sales objectives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of meetups and community events.

Conduct thorough market research to identify relevant industry events and opportunities for clients who can use our facilities for their events.

Create comprehensive event project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, equipment setup, and onsite support.

Generate and close leads for our events spaces in downtown and west locations.

Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event experiences and secure necessary resources.

Monitor event performance and evaluate the effectiveness of event strategies through post-event
analysis, feedback collection, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (1-3 years) in planning and executing outbound events, preferably in a startup ecosystem environment.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines. -
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-
functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and interact with diverse stakeholders. -
A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
