Role Summary:

Senior Graphic Designer is involved in creating visual designs that promote our spaces and services to potential members and clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our spaces.

 

This may include designing flyers, brochures, banners, digital ads, and other promotional materials. You will also be responsible for creating designs for the website, social media channels, and email newsletters. Additionally, you will collaborate with other designers and external vendors to ensure consistency in branding and design across all channels.

 

Good communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Providing creative support to the Marketing team to iterate on and improve designs to hit client marketing goals and KPIs.

  • Developing ATL and BTL design deliverables.

  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to create strong brand assets and identity guidelines.

  • Developing media plan deliverables through graphic design and video editing.

  • Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

  • Supporting the team on creative impactful presentations for the internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Developing and maintaining a marketing artwork archive for all artwork files.

  • Briefing agencies on projects done externally.

  • Suggesting paper stock/material and technical applications for printable.

  • Color/Proofing of all artworks done internally and externally with print agencies.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience designing assets for marketing - social media, advertising or similar.

  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator – mandatory.

  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies.

  • Strong design, color, and composition abilities.

  • Responsible and able to manage your time independently.

  • Strong multi-tasking ability.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details.
