Information Technology Lead

Role Summary:

Our “IT Lead” is responsible for “Administrating and Monitoring key systems for employees like Emails, ERP systems and Door access control, Also listing, maintaining hardware.

The main objective of this role:

1- Setting up hardware for new hires, Monitoring systems and internet through dashboards.

2- Installing new hardware like Internet access points if needed.

3- Installing and managing software licenses.”

 

We are typically looking for a “someone who is eager to learn, grow and work in a dynamic fast paced environment”.

 

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with various stakeholders that are not technical.

• Translate technical issues from high level to low level, and hand it over to 3rd party support

• Mange Internet activities over all locations.

• Visit locations if needed (West Cairo / East Cairo and Central).
   

What we're looking for:

• 0-1 Year of experience in IT field.

• Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or any related field.

• Effective communication and being solution oriented.

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, reliability, and going the extra mile.
