1.Booking & Check-In

Individuals must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Companies must present a valid Commercial Registration certificate and Tax Identification Number.

2.Use of Space
Religious, political, or party-related activities are strictly forbidden on-site. All Clients must comply with branch policies and staff instructions at all times.

3.Operating Hours
Open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (GMT+2). Access is limited to booked time slots within operating hours.

4.Cancellations & Modifications
Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking time may incur fees.

5.Loss & Damage Policy
You are liable for any damage to the premises, equipment, or facilities that occurs during your booking period.
