The Project Engineer collaborates with the design team to help them create 2D and 3D design ideas, communicates effectively with clients and stakeholders, and pays attention to details in all aspects of the design process. This requires assisting in the preparation of construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications. The Project Engineer must have technical proficiency and understanding of design principles to contribute to the successful execution of projects.

  • Assisting in the creation of 2D and 3D design concepts, including drafting floor plans, elevations, and renderings

  • Collaborating with the Fit-Out Project Manager to develop design schemes and material palettes

  • Conducting research on design trends, materials, and products to assist in the selection process

  • Attending client meetings, presentations and assisting in capturing design requirements

  • Assisting in the preparation of design presentation materials, such as mood boards and sample boards

  • Assisting in the coordination and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and finishes

  • Assisting in the preparation of construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications

  • Tracking project timelines and budgets for proper project management

  • Coordinating and communicating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors in line with Fit-Out Project Manager


  • Education: BA in Architecture or Applied Arts. Diploma in Interior Design

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience


  • Environmental conditions: Indoors

  • Working Hours: 8 hours/day – 2 days off



  • Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D MAX , Corona or VRAY ,Lumion and Revit is a plus

  • Knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and a passion for design
