The GrEEK Campus


This role will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to visitors, customers, or employees at The Greek Campus in Downtown. This role involves assisting individuals with inquiries, offering directions, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for all who approach the entrances of TGC. 


What you will be doing

  • Greet and welcome individuals approaching the information desk in a polite and friendly manner.

  • Respond to inquiries from visitors, customers, or employees regarding directions, facilities, services, events, or general information.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring that all details shared are relevant and reliable.

  • Assist individuals in locating specific destinations.

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the venue, or facility, including key amenities, services, and events.

  • Distribute brochures, pamphlets, or other informational materials as needed.

  • Keep the information desk area clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring that all displays and signage are in good condition.

  • Monitor the flow of individuals approaching the campus, ensuring an orderly and efficient process.

  • Collaborate with the Hub Manager to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided across all touchpoints.

  • Stay updated on changes or updates related to the organization, venue, or facility and communicate them effectively to visitors or customers.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, acting as a positive representative of the organization or venue.

What we're looking for

  • 0-1 year of experience.

  • Bachelor degree.

  • Excellent communication: Verbal and written.

  • Excellent customer service skills. 

  • Representative with a friendly attitude.
